Allied Mineral Laboratories

Allied Mineral Laboratories is an independent physical process separation facility located in Perth, Western Australia. Our facility is designed to test mineral sands samples from run of mine (ROM) ore to saleable mineral products. Our analysis techniques are tailored to enable clients to directly relate resource, process recovery, and marketable product volumes, eliminating translation uncertainties encountered when these project aspects are considered in isolation. Independent testing of vendor’s equipment is provided in a reliable environment, with experienced production and technical personnel executing the work. Valuable commentary on the application of the equipment in a production plant setting is also delivered, adding value to each project by incorporating real industry experience during the process development phase.

Independent

Client focused

At AML, we recognise the importance for us to work collaboratively with our clients. From experience we know that the input from on-site technical and operational staff, combined with an open-minded approach to possible solutions, is the most effective way of arriving at the best outcome for clients.

Independent

Independent

AML’s focus is on developing the best flowsheet for the specific resource being tested and not on supplying a particular brand of equipment. This provides our clients with the knowledge that the optimum combination of equipment for efficient processing of the resource will be recommended.

Flexible

Flexible

The AML laboratory set-up and layout allows the flowsheet configuration and the equipment used for testwork to be tailored to each resource. We provide clients with commentary on the practical applicability, and operating cost effectiveness of flowsheet outcomes from the testwork programme.
